How it works

V2VIP™ technology is designed with the patient in mind—an easy-to-use, voice-and-video service—for a consistent user-friendly experience. See the Quick Start Guide and In-Network Dialing Instructions on the Support page for more details.

V2VIP™, aV2VIP™ and iV2VIP™ Video Softphones require software download and, input of the User Name and Password via the PC / laptop keyboard, Android device or iPhone / iPad softphone's keypad. Connect to an available high-speed Internet, WiFi or 3G network to automatically register the video phone or video softphones to the V2VIP™ service. After registration, the device is ready to make video calls.

Simply plug the Ethernet cable into the Network or LAN port on the back of the pre-configured GXV-3140 videophone and the power adapter to an electrical source. The videophone registers to the servers which enables video calls to other V2VIP™ subscribers.

Each GXV-3140 and video softphone are assigned a unique 8-digit User ID or Account Number. To make a video call, simply dial, like an ordinary telephone, the 8-digit number of the other location and the call is routed by V2VIP™ service. Within seconds after the call is answered, you're participating in cost-efficient, high-quality, real-time, two-way videoconferencing. 

To enlarge the picture of the V2VIP™ Video Softphone on the computer screen, simply drag the lower right corner of the window. Video softphones present excellent video and clear, crisp full-duplex audio transmitted through PC / laptop, Android devices or iPad / iPhone  speakers.

NOTES:
V2VIP™ Basic TeleMed Bundle plan and GXV-3140 videophone, V2VIP™, aV2VIP™ and iV2VIP™ Video Softphones do NOT support E911 or 911 calling. Do NOT use this Service or Products in case of emergency; calls are not routed over the PSTN to any Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) or operators.
WCCI reserves the right to immediately disconnect or modify Service if determined, in our sole and absolute discretion, that use of the Service or Device is, or at any time was inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions.
Calling Plan charges do not include State, Local taxes, Regulatory Recovery fees, shipping and handling or any other applicable charges.
A $29.99 Activation Fee will be charged for each V2VIP™ Basic TeleMed Bundle.
